What's changing:
Free shipping threshold lowered to HKD $1,000
We know that sustainable luxury should be accessible. We've reduced our free shipping minimum from HKD $1,500 to HKD $1,000, making it easier to reach free delivery on your favourite bamboo pieces. Orders under HKD $1,000 ship for a flat rate of HKD $50.
Fast delivery (2-3 days)
Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days from dispatch—because when you're excited about a new piece, you shouldn't have to wait long to wear it.
First return/exchange is free
We want you to feel confident shopping online with us. Your first return or exchange is completely free of charge, including return shipping.
14-day return/exchange window
You have 14 days from delivery to decide if your piece is right for you. Try it on at home, see how it feels in your wardrobe, and if it's not quite right, we'll make it right.
